How long does it take to deliver? 
Typically, shipping takes 5-10 business days. However, in some cases, please allow 1-4 weeks for items to be shipped. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please email us at support@bigdeal.gshopper.com or send us a message and we will get back to you within 1 business day. There will be some delay in delivery due to Covid-19.

Do you ship products internationally? 
boutique.gshopper ships products worldwide on a daily basis. Shipping is available to most countries around the world.

How secure is my personal information? 
Succobuy adheres to the highest industry standards with the best security solutions to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal data are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet to securely process payments.  

Can I change my order? 
We process orders super fast to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can modify your order as much as possible before you click "Complete Order", but you may not be able to make changes after that point. However, please email us at support@bigdeal.gshopper.com as soon as possible to see if it is possible to make changes to your order.

Can I cancel my order? 
If you place your order within 24 hours, 请发电子邮件到support@bigdeal.gshopper.com can cancel your order for you and give you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours, because your order has already been processed by our warehouse. 

I entered an incorrect address! 
If your address is misspelled or auto-filled, please email us at support@bigdeal.gshopper.com as soon as possible and provide us with your new address. 

What if my package is delayed? 
In rare cases, delivery times may be longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most delays are caused by customs and are unfortunately out of our control. We would appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.  

Will my items arrive together? 
We strive to ship only complete orders. However, in exceptional cases, your order may be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by the location of different supply warehouses. In this case, you will be given two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once ...... They will reach you!" . :)

Do I have to pay customs fees? 
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may be charged a handling fee and tax when your order goes through customs. Any fees on the package must be paid by the person receiving the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Gshopper has no control over these fees, and we cannot tell you what they are because customs policies and import taxes vary greatly from country to country.

Can I return my order? 
If you would like to return your jewelry, please email us at support@bigdeal.gshopper.com to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days, so please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will give you a full refund if you wish to return it, so you can shop with confidence.

My item arrived damaged! 
We ship each item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately one in every 1,000 items is damaged due to improper mail service.
